How do I personalise my gift?

On the product page, upload your photo and type the name or message you want, then add it to your cart. We'll make it exactly as you send it.

What kind of photo should I send?

Use a clear, bright photo taken directly from your phone camera. Screenshots and photos forwarded on WhatsApp are often low quality and may print blurry.

How long will my order take?

Personalised gifts take 1–2 business days to make. After dispatch, delivery across India usually takes 3–7 business days. Same-day delivery is available in Chennai on selected gifts.

Do you deliver across India?

Yes, we ship to all serviceable pincodes across India through trusted courier partners.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free on orders of ₹999 and above. For orders below ₹999, delivery is ₹60.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Not at the moment. We accept prepaid orders through UPI, cards and net banking.

Can I add a gift message?

Yes. Type your message in the gift message box in your cart and we'll include it with the gift.

Can you send the gift directly to someone?

Yes. Just enter their name, address and phone number as the delivery address. The price is not shown on the gift.

What if my gift arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and an unboxing video, and we'll send a free replacement. See our Refund Policy for details.

Can I return or exchange my gift?

Because our gifts are made specially for each order, we don't accept returns or exchanges, except for damaged, defective or wrong items.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled only before we start making or dispatching them. Message us as soon as possible.
