This store is operated by NearHeart, based in Navalur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. By visiting our store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders and pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹).
- We may update prices, products or offers at any time. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
- We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, the payment fails, or the order details look incorrect. If you have already paid, you'll receive a full refund.
Products
- Every product is made to order for you.
- Product photos on our store are for reference. The colour and finish of the final product may vary slightly.
- If you send us names, photos or text for a personalised gift, you confirm that you have the right to use them. We may refuse to print content that is offensive or illegal, or that uses someone else's copyrighted material, brands or characters.
Payments
We accept prepaid payments only (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets) through our secure payment partner, Razorpay. We never see or store your card details.

Limitation of liability
Our responsibility is limited to the value of the product you bought. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect addresses, or events beyond our control.
Governing law
